All client
accounts are subject to the following terms and conditions. These may be
subject to change at any time at the discretion of Situs Internet Services. |

By logging in and using our
services, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. |
|
We do not
permit websites which contain the following materials: |
|
Adult
Material, Racial Hatred, Encouragement of Terrorism, Offensive Material,
Material which is illegal under UK law, Sites containing copyright material
without the permission of the copyright holder. |
|
We reserve
the right to remove any of the above material from your web space without
prior notice. |
|
You will be
responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal
permission for any works and ensuring the pages do not violate UK law. You
will be responsible for and accept responsibility for defamatory,
confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your
website's). |
|
You accept
all liability for the content of your site in the event of legal action
taken against you by a third party. |
|
You must not
divulge your password to any third party, and you should take reasonable
precautions to ensure it is not discovered by any other party. |
|
The sending
of unsolicited e-mail (Spam), adult material or illegal material through our
mail servers, or using an e-mail address that is maintained on one of our
servers, is strictly prohibited. |
|
Data stored
on our servers is not guaranteed to be backed up, and we recommend you keep
your own full backup of your site. Situs Internet Services shall not be held
liable for any loss or damages as a result of any data lost. |
|
While we will
use every reasonable endeavor to ensure the integrity and security of the
server, we do not guarantee that the server will be free from unauthorised
users , and we accept no liability for non-receipt or misrouting of e-mail
or for any other failure of e-mail or web space. |
|
We cannot
confirm that we are able to register your chosen Domain Name until we have
received notification from the appropriate domain registry that your
application was successful. If successful, your Domain name will begin
working approximately 2 working days after your initial application. |
|
The
registration and use of your Domain Name is subject to the Terms &
Conditions of use by the relevant naming authority. |
|
You shall
have no claim against Situs Internet Services in respect of refusal to
register a Domain Name by any naming authority. |
|
Once a Domain
Name has been registered by Situs Internet Services with the relevant naming
authority, we are unable to cancel the registration. This is the policy of
all naming authorities. Therefore we are unable to offer any refund on
Domain Names once they have been ordered. |
|
A domain name
remains the property of Situs Internet Services until full payment for that
Domain Name has been received by Situs Internet Services. |
|
We reserve
the right to refuse to release a Domain Name in the event that there are any
outstanding monies owed on that domain account. |
|
We operate a
payment system by return on receipt of our invoice. If payment has not been
received within seven days from receipt of the invoice, we reserve the right
to suspend all services. A reconnection charge of £25.00. will be applied to
the account. |
|
All hosting
accounts are subject to a minimum twelve month period, and requires a 30 day
cancellation notice by either party prior to the twelve month expiry date,
otherwise the period shall continue for a further twelve months. |
|
When you
cancel your account, all your files stored on the server will be deleted. |
|
We reserve
the right to terminate an account at any time by giving 30 days notice. |
|
